Bulking agent: sorbitol; glucomannan; flavoring; hydrolyzed bovine collagen tripeptide; bromelain; chromium-enriched yeast; acidifier: citric acid; acerola fruit dry extract (Malpighia glabra L.); L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); matcha powder (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze); zinc citrate; sweetener: sucralose; copper citrate; cholecalciferol (vitamin D); thiamine hydrochloride; manganese sulfate; retinyl acetate (vitamin A); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); potassium iodide.
Recommended intake
Take up to 3 sachets daily, ideally approx. 45 minutes before meals.
For optimal results, regular daily intake is recommended.
Initial effects may be noticeable after about 7 days of continuous use.
The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

The positive effect of glucomannan is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g, divided into three portions of 1 g each, taken with 1–2 glasses of water before meals and as part of a calorie-reduced diet.
There is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when consuming insufficient amounts of liquid.
The product should always be taken with sufficient water to ensure it reaches the stomach.
