Article 2 – Subject of the Contract
This contract concerns the sale and delivery of goods and/or services ordered by the buyer via the website www.nutrafine.com. Before completing the order, the buyer confirms having been informed about the features, price, payment method, delivery, and the right of withdrawal, and having confirmed this electronically.
The order confirmation and the invoice are integral parts of this contract.

Article 3 – Date of Contract
The contract is considered concluded on the day the buyer electronically confirms the order. A copy of the contract will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.

Article 4 – Delivery of Goods/Services
Delivery will be made to the delivery address or e-mail address provided by the buyer.

Article 5 – Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer bears the shipping costs. Delivery takes place within 30 days of receipt of payment. Should delivery not be possible within this period, the buyer will be informed in due time and may either agree to an extension or withdraw from the contract.

Article 6 – Obligations of the Buyer
The buyer is obliged to check the goods for completeness and integrity upon receipt. Damaged or incomplete goods must be reported immediately to the transport service provider as well as the seller.
Upon acceptance, the buyer bears the responsibility for proper storage and use. In the event of a chargeback by the bank due to fraudulent card use, the buyer is obliged to return the goods within 3 days.

Article 7 – Obligations of the Seller
The seller guarantees that the delivered goods meet the specifications stated on the website. If delivery is not possible, an equivalent product will be offered, or the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of a withdrawal, the refund will include the original shipping costs.

Article 8 – Product Features and Price
Product features such as type, quantity, brand/model, color, as well as the total price including statutory VAT, are listed on the respective product page of the website and confirmed with the invoice.

Article 9 – Payment
The amount to be paid is stated on the invoice. Payment can be made via credit card, instant bank transfer, iDEAL, or other available electronic payment methods.

Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods without providing a reason.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in the original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, a full refund of payments will be issued, excluding return shipping costs.

Article 11 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery,
• Goods that are highly perishable or have a short shelf life,
• Individually manufactured or personalized products.

Article 12 – Complaints and Disputes

If no agreement can be reached, the buyer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
This contract is exclusively governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the competent court at the seller's registered office in Germany.
