Sel Sanayi, a subsidiary of Tezman Holding, has been producing edible and pharmaceutical gelatin from bovine hides since 1961. In 2019, the company began manufacturing hydrolyzed collagen peptides from bovine and fish sources under the CollaSel® brand – for applications in supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, sports, and health.
